About
We bridge the gap between strategy and execution in Mexico.
PCG Innovations is a Mexican company that works as the local operating partner of international companies. We coordinate, execute and report, so you don’t need a full team in Mexico to operate there.
Who we are
A Mexican company built to operate, not just advise.
PCG Innovations S. de R.L. de C.V. was incorporated in Mexico in 2026 and is based in Santa Fe, Mexico City. Its corporate purpose covers eCommerce and marketplaces; import, distribution and commercialization of consumer goods; and logistics and warehousing.
We work at the coordination layer that connects specialized providers: notaries and legal counsel, accountants, customs brokers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, carriers and marketplaces. Our job is to make the entire Mexico operating workflow easier to manage, more transparent and commercially useful for our clients.
We also build our own consumer brand in Mexico. VORN is a motorcycle helmet brand registered with the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), with DOT-certified products (FMVSS No. 218), manufactured abroad and sold through eCommerce and marketplaces. It gives our team first-hand experience of the product-compliance, import and marketplace workflows our clients depend on.
How we operate
Controls that make accountability real.
Trust in an operating partner comes from how it works, not from what it claims.
One accountable partner
A dedicated account owner coordinates every provider and milestone, so you are not chasing six vendors across time zones.
Local execution, cross-border perspective
Based in Mexico City, working with headquarters abroad. We understand both sides of the border and the handoffs between them.
Evidence, not verbal updates
We request filing acknowledgments, folios and supporting records when available before we report an action as complete.
Roles defined in writing
Importer of record, legal representative and customs broker are defined separately from PCG’s coordination role. Nothing is implied.
eCommerce and operations together
The team that coordinates imports and 3PLs also runs catalogs, marketplaces and advertising, so commercial plans reflect operational reality.
Bilingual, technology-enabled reporting
English and Spanish execution, with automated tracking and weekly reporting to headquarters.
Provider network
Qualified providers, coordinated by one team.
Every provider works under signed service agreements and confidentiality terms, with written authorization procedures.
