Logistics & Fulfillment

Fulfillment in Mexico, without building your own warehouse.

We select, onboard and manage a network of 3PLs and carriers, and connect them to your imports and sales channels, so inventory is where it needs to be.

A 3PL (third-party logistics provider) receives, stores, picks, packs and ships inventory on a company’s behalf. PCG does not own warehouses. We select and manage the right providers for your operation.

Business outcome

Accurate inventory, on-time orders and a logistics setup that fits your channels, with providers held to agreed KPIs.

Who it’s for

  • Brands launching in Mexico that need local inventory
  • Companies selling on marketplaces and their own store in parallel

  • Companies unhappy with their current 3PL performance

Problems it solves

  • 3PLs chosen on rate card alone
  • Integrations with marketplaces and store that break
  • Inventory that does not reconcile

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does PCG operate its own warehouses?

No. We select and manage third-party logistics providers and carriers. That keeps your operation flexible and avoids fixed warehouse costs at launch.

Can you work with marketplace fulfillment programs?

Yes. Many clients combine marketplace fulfillment with a 3PL for other channels, overflow and returns. We coordinate inbound shipments and replenishment for both.

Which KPIs do you monitor?

Typically receiving time, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, on-time shipping, returns processing time and provider responsiveness, agreed in the contract and reviewed monthly.
