Specialized services

Who we work with

Companies with physical products and a Mexico agenda.

Our initial focus is companies from the United States and Canada, with growing support for European and Asian companies entering Mexico.

International brands entering Mexico

Companies with an established product and commercial model that want to launch in Mexico without building a full local team first.

eCommerce companies expanding cross-border

Brands that need import, fulfillment and marketplace execution to work together from day one.

Manufacturers and distributors

Companies establishing Mexican import, warehousing and distribution with a local operating partner.

Companies launching Mexican marketplaces

Brands opening Amazon Mexico, Mercado Libre, Walmart or Shopify with local inventory and operations behind them.

Foreign companies already operating in Mexico

Businesses with a Mexican entity whose administration, imports and providers have become fragmented.

Engagement models

Solutions tailored to your operating requirements.

Every engagement starts with a discovery call and a written proposal that sets out deliverables, owners, exclusions, service levels and approval authority. No unlimited-scope retainers.

Assessments

Market-entry and import-readiness assessments that map requirements, dependencies and risks before you commit.

Implementation projects

Defined projects such as setup coordination, logistics implementation or marketplace launch.

Operating retainers

Monthly operating support with defined capacity, response times and reporting.

Shipment coordination

Per-shipment import coordination for recurring inbound flows into Mexico.

Third-party costs (notary, government fees, legal and accounting services, customs brokerage, freight, duties, taxes, warehousing and advertising spend) are excluded or passed through with your explicit approval.

Clear boundaries

What we do, and what we don’t.

What PCG does

  • Coordinates the providers, documents, decisions and milestones of your Mexico operation
  • Executes operational and commercial work: vendor management, logistics coordination, catalog, marketplaces, advertising, reporting
  • Keeps a shared tracker with owners, due dates and evidence
  • Reports weekly and monthly to headquarters, in English or Spanish

What PCG does not do

  • Practice law or issue legal opinions
  • Prepare tax filings as your accountant
  • Clear goods through customs; licensed customs brokers do
  • Act as importer of record, unless expressly agreed and legally structured in writing
  • Use client SAT credentials without explicit written authorization
  • Offer unlimited-scope retainers
